Manufactured and Installed

Brooke Apartments in Bruce is a multi-residential development comprising 99 apartments, where Apexa delivered a comprehensive external balustrade package designed to provide safety, durability and visual consistency across the site.
The scope included 248 metres of Eclipse™ picket balustrades, complemented by 194 metres of Eclipse™ picket balustrades with flat sheet infill, allowing the balustrade design to respond to varying architectural and privacy requirements throughout the development.
In addition, 44 metres of Eclipse™ raked balustrade were manufactured and installed to suit the stair locations, ensuring a compliant and well-resolved transition along changes in level.

All balustrade elements were manufactured and installed by Apexa, using controlled production processes to maintain accuracy, consistency and efficient installation across the project.
The result is a cohesive balustrade solution that supports the scale of the development, meets compliance requirements and delivers a robust, low-maintenance outcome suited to long-term residential use.
