The EKKO Development in Gungahlin is a standout multi-residential project comprising four architecturally designed buildings, with a total of 74 apartments and townhouses. Every dwelling across the development required internal staircases, balcony balustrades, or both—making stair and balustrade integration critical to program timelines and build quality.
