At the MIO development in Googong, Apexa supplied and installed external aluminium balustrades and ramp handrails across 116 dwellings including the juliet windows . Each component was manufactured in-house, powder coated to the project’s specifications, and delivered to site installation-ready—helping streamline site works and reduce delays. Designed for long-term durability and full compliance with Australian Standards, these external systems provide safe, low-maintenance access with a clean, modern finish that complements the overall build..
