For The Residences (Midtown) in Turner, ACT, Apexa supplied and installed 494 linear metres of Vista™ external glazed balustrade, complemented by opaque privacy
screens across this 90-apartment residential development.

The balustrade system was selected to balance open views with privacy, supporting the architectural intent while meeting safety and compliance requirements.
Manufactured and pre-glazed using Apexa’s modular systems, the Vista™ balustrades allowed for a controlled, efficient installation on site, delivering consistent
finishes and long-term durability across the entire project.
