For the Molonglo Falls project in Coombs, ACT, Apexa supplied and installed an extensive external balustrade and pool fencing package designed to support both the scale and architectural intent of the development.
The scope included 875 metres of Regal™ glass balustrade, providing a clean, open balustrade solution that maintains views while meeting safety and compliance requirements, along with 225 metres of Regal™ side-fixed glass balustrade to suit varied balcony and slab-edge conditions across the site.

The project also incorporated 15 metres of pool fencing, delivering a compliant and visually cohesive solution within shared amenity areas.
All elements were carefully coordinated and delivered using Apexa’s controlled manufacturing and installation processes, ensuring consistency, efficiency and a durable, low-maintenance outcome across the development.
