Apexa was proud to deliver precision-crafted stairs and balustrades for the CHC Strathnairn Women’s Housing Initiative — a landmark Build-to-Rent-to-Buy project creating 22 high-quality townhouses for working single women and families in the ACT.

Designed to support long-term, sustainable living, the project called for reliable, low-maintenance building components that could be delivered on time and built to last.
From manufacture through to installation, our team worked closely with the builder to provide quality on all levels, helping bring this important community-focused development to life.
