For Elia Apartments in Taylor, Apexa supplied and installed a coordinated external balustrade and screening package across 72 residences, designed to balance safety, privacy and visual consistency throughout the development.
The scope included 155 metres of Classic™ picket balustrade, selected for its durability, compliance and clean, timeless appearance, along with 10 metres of Vista™ perforated balustrade to provide a refined architectural detail where required.

The project also incorporated 90 metres of slat privacy screens, offering effective separation between spaces while maintaining airflow and a cohesive external look.
All balustrade and screening elements were powder coated in-house to Night Sky, ensuring consistent colour, finish quality and long-term performance across the site.
Delivered as an integrated package, the solution supports the architectural intent of the development while providing a robust, low-maintenance outcome suited to residential living.

The stair rail came with all the screws, brackets and it was all wrapped up nicely ensuring it arrived with no scratches.
