Manufactured and Installed

The Sullivan is a large-scale residential development comprising 169 apartments, where Apexa delivered a comprehensive balustrade and fencing package designed to meet architectural, safety and durability requirements across the site. The scope included 330 metres of Vista™ glass balustrades with kick plates, providing strength, edge protection and a clean visual line, along with 52 metres of Vista™ side-fixed glass balustrades to suit specific balcony and slab conditions.
The project also incorporated 38 Vista™ glass dividing screens, used to provide separation between balconies while maintaining light, privacy and visual consistency throughout the development.

Complementing the glazed systems, 372 metres of Eclipse™ picket fencing and gates were manufactured and installed, delivering a robust and compliant solution for defined areas across the site.
All components were coordinated, manufactured and installed by Apexa using controlled production methods to ensure consistency, accuracy and a smooth installation process.
The result is a cohesive external balustrade and fencing solution that supports the scale of the project while delivering long-term performance and a refined finish.
