Spanning 414 apartments and townhouses, the project required solutions that matched the design intent while maintaining views of the surrounding hills. For the final stage, Renaissance R3, Apexa supplied fully assembled, custom powdercoated systems that complemented the façade and streamlined installation.

From design through to delivery, the result was a consistent, high-quality finish across every level.
