Each design was tailored to maximise natural light and preserve the expansive views, while meeting the safety and performance standards expected of a high-rise coastal build. Apexa manufactured and installed 700 linear metres of balustrade across the nine-level structure—striking the right balance between functionality and façade aesthetics.
