What happens if my flat-pack delivery contains damaged components?

Under our In Full, On Time, Fit-for-Purpose Guarantee, we’ll replace any damaged components—freight included—at no cost to you. Simply inspect your delivery within 48 hours, send us photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a prompt replacement.
